Our regular hourly rate is $75.00/hr, but with a service pack purchase you receive:
• $70.00/hr for 1 hour pre-paid
• $65.00 /hr with 3 or more hours pre-paid
• $60.00 /hr with 5 or more hours pre-paid
Custom Vivvo Rapid Response Service Packs can be purchased in any increment.
All Rapid Response Service Packs include a 3 hour or less guarantee of service for emergency Vivvo support issues between the hours of 6am-9pm, GMT -7 (AZ, USA)
The 3 hour guarantee is NOT applicable to custom coding or design requests, and is only applicable to emergency support requests. Pre-paid packs, however, can be used for any service (customization, consulting, design, etc.)
